START WITH YOUR FRUIT

A different fruit.
A different starting point.

Choose your process objective. We match activities to your fruit, pH, temperature and treatment time.

01 / EXTRACTION

Release more
from the pulp.

Pectinase-led treatments for fruit mash and pressing trials, with cellulase or hemicellulase activities considered where useful.

Apples · pears · berries · tropical fruit

Discuss extraction →
02 / CLARIFICATION

Make clarity
part of the process.

Break down pectin that can hinder settling or clarification. Select the treatment for the haze and your target style.

Pressed juice · concentrates · clear beverages

Discuss clarification →
03 / FILTRATION

Keep production
moving.

Screen enzyme treatments for viscosity and filterability, with matched controls to measure the difference in your process.

YOUR FIRST COMPARISON

Start small.
Keep it useful.

Free trial samples are available for qualified commercial projects after an application review. Share the details below so we can choose a sensible starting point.

Plan my trial ↗
  1. Tell us what you process.

Fruit type, throughput, pH, temperature and your current method.

  2. Compare on the same batch.

Include an untreated control. Record dose, treatment time and your chosen measurements.

  3. Review the whole result.

Measure processing changes alongside flavour, aroma, colour and finished-product quality.

BEFORE YOUR TRIAL

A few useful
answers.

Which enzyme is used for juice clarification?

Pectinase is commonly a starting point when pectin contributes to poor clarification or filtration. Other causes of haze may require a different treatment. Share the fruit and process conditions before choosing a product.

Can I use the same enzyme for every fruit?

Fruit structure, ripeness and pectin content vary. A treatment should be selected for your feedstock and objective, then checked in a small controlled trial.

What dose and temperature should I use?

Use the selected product’s technical guidance. We can help define a trial after reviewing your pH, temperature, contact time and processing stage; there is no universal dose.

Do you offer bulk supply and bespoke blends?

Yes. Contact us with your required volume, destination and process details for a bulk quote or a tailored-blend discussion.

How do I request a free sample?

Use the enquiry below, including your company, fruit type and intended production scale. We review commercial applications before agreeing the product, quantity and delivery arrangements.
